Trump is artificially manipulating the markets.
I do not know if Trump planned it this way, but if I had sold yesterday after my stocks rebounded about 34%, I would have made out like a bandit. Why? Because I know that markets are cyclic. I also know that Trump was creating an artificial drop in market value with his rollout of global tariffs. So when the markets dropped, I bought low. Really low!
Trump acts on instinct and emotion rather than behaving as a rational actor. So what we saw was him impose the tariffs, watched the markets decline, suspended the tariffs, watched the market rebound, and immediately claimed a victory.
Unfortunately, I did not sell yesterday evening when the markets were high. I missed that opportunity, but another high is coming. Hang on! And, Hands Off!
The Pronoun Revolt of 2025
Those pesky pronouns in signature blocks can get you ignored by the Trump White House. If you are a journalist or reporter and you have those nefarious pronouns listed in your signature block, you know the ones I'm talking about, they show that you acknowledge and support the lives of transgender Americans, well,.. the White House will ignore you.
Chris Morris of Fortune wrote,
"Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, wrote a reporter saying “As a matter of policy, we do not respond to reporters with pronouns in their bios.” DOGE senior advisor Katie Miller, in reply to another reporter's question, wrote "As a matter of policy, I don’t respond to people who use pronouns in their signatures as it shows they ignore scientific realities and therefore ignore facts," adding in a separate email, "this applies to all reporters who have pronouns in their signature."
There is so much wrong with the replies the reporters received, that I could teach an entire semester on "scientific realities" and what it means to be a decent human being.
My suggestion, every reporter and journalist, whether in the Briefing Room or in other communications with the White House and every office in this abysmal administration put your pronouns in bold letters at the top of your page, bio, and in your signature block.
The Insurrection Act of 1807 & Trump
You should be prepared for what could happen if Trump invokes the Insurrection Act of 1807. This Act would give him far greater power. Far more than what he currently exerts across every aspect of our nation today.
Ariana Baio of The Independent said,
"The act is an exception to the Posse Comitatus Act, which typically prevents the federal government from using the federal military or National Guard to enforce domestic policies. Once invoked, the act temporarily suspends Posse Comitatus."

Other than that, Cheetolini is a greedy, power-hungry asshole, who would let this country burn just to watch the fireworks. He still only cares about himself and those idiots he gave this country to. You know; the evangelists who are denying trans people's existence. It's perpetuated by that guy, but created by the Heritage Foundation folks (project 2025). UGH 😡
